采用修改的Stumpf法研究了两种海洋动物(灰凹贻贝Crenomythilus graianus和中间球海胆Strongylocentrotus intermedius)和两种海洋植物(内枝多管藻Polysiphonia morrowii、角托马尾藻Sargassum aemulum)的脂肪酸组成,其结果如下.1.灰凹贻贝的肝脏中含有大量的DHA(占总脂的14.26%);2.中间球海胆的总脂中含有15.69%的EPA;3.内枝多菅藻脂中的主要脂肪酸为EPA,占总脂的45.03%:4.角托马尾藻中的AA含量为其总脂的19.34%.因此,上述4种海洋生物,是提取EPA、AA和DHA的好材料.
The modified Stumpf method was used to study the fatty acid composition of two marine animals (Crenomythilus graianus and Strongylocentrotus intermedius) and two marine plants (Polysiphonia morrowii, Sargassum aemulum) The result is as follows. 1. Gray mussel liver contains large amounts of DHA (14.26% of total fat); 2. The total fat in the middle ball sea urchin contains 15.69% EPA; 3. The main fatty acid in the inner part of Najamanol is EPA, accounting for 45.03% of the total fat: 4. The content of AA in Sargassum sp. Was 19.34% of its total fat. Therefore, the above-mentioned 4 kinds of marine organisms are good materials for extracting EPA, AA and DHA.
