目前随着我国经济的迅猛发展,房屋建筑、工程建设也在我国各地飞速发展。在房屋建筑工程施工中,施工前期的组织准备至关重要。下面笔者根据自己的工作实际,将从提高管理的角度探讨如何在住宅建筑工程施工前,强化组织准备管理工作,充分发挥企业优势、合理配置资源、加速施工、提高质量、降低成本、保证工程合同履约和增加企业经济效益,都有极为重要作用。
