近年来,大学生违法和遭受非法侵害的情况越来越多。这不仅反映出大学生法律意识和法律知识的不足,也折射出当前教育体制中大学生法律教育存在的问题。针对我国高校非法学专业法律教育存在的对法律教育重要性的认识不足、法律教育的理念存在偏差、忽视学生法律意识的培养、法律教育的方式落后、开展法律教育的教师经验不足等问题,提出高校非法学专业法律教育改革的思路,包括准确定位法律教育,加强法律意识培养;构建合理的大学生法律教育内容体系;加强法律教育师资队伍建设;改革与创新法律教育课程的教学方式;与普法活动相结合,采取多种多样的法律教育形式;设立专门的法律服务机构,解决大学生面临的法律问题。
