文章从计量模式的确定、换入资产入账价值确认、损益的确认、关联方交易、会计报表附注中相关信息披露等几个方面,对新旧会计准则中非货币性资产交换的核算进行了比较论述,可以看出,在新准则下的确认和计量缩小了我国会计准则同国际惯例的差距,为我国更好地参与国际合作提供了条件。
The article compares the accounting of non-monetary assets exchange between old and new accounting standards from several aspects such as the determination of measurement mode, the recognition of asset entry value, the recognition of profit and loss, the related party transactions and the related information disclosure in the notes to the financial statements It can be seen that the confirmation and measurement under the new standard narrowed the gap between China’s accounting standards and international practice and provided the conditions for our better participation in international cooperation.
