为研究砷氟联合染毒对大鼠血中乙酰胆碱脂酶(AchE)活性的交互影响,以二因子析因方差设计方法用体重100±5g的Wistar系雄性大鼠通过自由饮水染毒三氧化二砷(As2O3)和氟化钠(NaF),6个月时采大鼠尾部全血,用DTNB法测定其AchE的活性,结果显示:砷可显著地抑制AchE活性(P<0.05),氟对AchE活性的作用不显著(P>0.05),砷与氟对AchE活性的影响存在显著的交互作用(P<0.05)。
In order to study the interaction between Arsenic and Fluoride (Arsenic and Fluoride) exposure in rats, Arsenic trioxide (As2O3) was administered to Wistar rats weighing 100 ± 5g by free water ) And sodium fluoride (NaF). Whole rat tail blood was collected at 6 months. The AchE activity was measured by DTNB method. The results showed that arsenic significantly inhibited AchE activity (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). There was a significant interaction between arsenic and fluoride on AchE activity (P <0.05).
