目的探讨品管圈活动在手术室耗材账单记录管理中的实践与效果。方法成立品管圈小组,应用品管圈步骤,对手术室耗材账单记录管理中存在的问题进行分析,制定改进措施,实施6个月后评价效果。结果手术室耗材账单记录差错的原因分析包括:领物单记录以手术为单位、库房耗材混放、领取耗材无双人核对、用领物单记账、记帐单未分专科、耗材使用后无双人核对。经过品管圈活动,手术室耗材账单记录差错件数由17.50件/周降至6.25件/周,改善幅度达64.29%。品管圈活动提升了护理人员的工作能力和积极性。结论开展品管圈活动降低了手术室耗材账单记录差错件数,激发了护理人员参与管理的意识和工作能力,进一步提高了护理质量。
Objective To explore the practice and effect of quality control loop activities in the management of consumption records records in operating room. Methods A quality control circle group was set up and quality control circle steps were applied to analyze the existing problems in the operating room consumable bill record management and formulate improvement measures and evaluate the effects after 6 months’ implementation. Results Operating room supplies bill records the reasons for the error analysis include: the single-link records to surgery as a unit, the warehouse consumables mixed, collect consumables no double check, with a single collar bookkeeping, billing without specialties, consumables after use unparalleled People check. After QC activities, the number of records of operating room consumable bills decreased from 17.50 pieces / week to 6.25 pieces / week with an improvement of 64.29%. Quality control activities to enhance the nurse’s ability to work and enthusiasm. Conclusion Conducting QA activities reduced the number of records of consumables bills in the operating room, stimulated nursing staff’s awareness and ability to participate in management, and further improved the quality of nursing care.
