高校基层党组织包括学院党组织和基层党支部两个层次,学生党支部在学院基层党支部中占有很大比重。高校学生党支部的建设与工作关系着高校学生工作的持续健康稳定发展,在学生工作中应该处于核心地位。本篇文章在此基础上主要对当代大学生党支部能力现状及其容易产生的问题进行分析,在问题成因了解的基础上对加强学生党支部内部凝聚力的有效举措进行研究。
The grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities include the college party organizations and grass-roots party branches, and the student party branches make up a large proportion of the college grass-roots party branches. The construction and work of the student party branch in colleges and universities is related to the sustained healthy and stable development of the student work in colleges and universities, and should be at the core of student work. On the basis of this article, this article mainly analyzes the status quo of the current college students’ party branch ability and the problems that are easy to arise, and studies the effective measures to strengthen the cohesion within the student party branch based on the understanding of the causes.
