一、推杆为何弯曲一台X195型柴油机检修后,摇转曲轴试车,有活塞顶气门的现象,经检查发现,排气门推杆弯曲了。用木锤将推杆校直,安装后重新调整气门间隙,摇车后现象同前。起初认为是正时齿轮室内配气齿轮装错,经检查无问题。进一步观察分析,才找到原因,是新换的排气门导管凸出气缸盖平面过高造成的。气门导管高出气缸盖平面的高度,各机型都有规定值,X195型为13.5毫米,S195型是高出气缸盖弹簧支承面20±0.1毫米。凸出过高,气门摇臂下压气门时,气门还未到规定的开度,气门弹簧座即与气门导管上端相抵。推杆上行受阻,而下边的凸轮和挺柱又继续上推,推杆便弯曲了。有时也会造成摇臂折断或摇臂支架断裂。所以安装气门导管时,
