随着高职校毕业生在逐年增长,大学生就业的问题越来越受到社会的关注。本文对高职院校的就业指导情况的现状,提出相关的建议和对策,以加强和改进高校就业指导工作,更好地指导高校毕业生顺利毕业。
With the gradual increase of high vocational school graduates, the employment of college students is receiving more and more attention from the society. This article puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to the status quo of employment guidance in higher vocational colleges in order to strengthen and improve employment guidance in colleges and universities and to better guide the graduation of college graduates.
