With the deepening of quality education, more and more schools begin to attach importance to physical education. However, under the influence of exam-oriented education, people lack of cognition of sports health course, and naturally there is a big deficiency in teaching measures. Experiential teaching as a new type of teaching plan, which combines practice with theory, enables students to fully understand the role of knowledge throughout the learning, learning enthusiasm has increased. At present, many junior middle school PE teachers in our country are using the teaching plan in their teaching practice. The teaching effect is obvious and the application value is more obvious.
