目的了解改水降氟后影响儿童氟斑牙患病率波动的因素,为调整今后的改水工作提供依据。方法收集苗庄村改水前后14年来的各项监测资料。结果氟斑牙患病率和尿氟水平随饮水氟含量的变化而变化;改水降氟工程的管理仍存在隐患。结论改饮低氟水能够完全控制地氟病,关键在于要有规范的、专业化的管理制度做保证;研究改水降氟工作的可持续发展机制乃当务之急
Objective To understand the factors influencing the prevalence of dental fluorosis in children after changing water to reduce fluoride, and to provide the basis for adjusting water diversion work in the future. Methods The data collected before and after Miaozhuang Village was changed over the past 14 years were collected. Results The prevalence of dental fluorosis and urinary fluoride level varied with the fluoride content in drinking water. There are still some hidden dangers in the management of water and fluoride reduction projects. Conclusion It is imperative to have a standardized and specialized management system to guarantee the complete control of ground-borne fluorosis by converting low-fluoride drinking water into drinking water. It is imperative to study the sustainable development mechanism of water and fluoride-reducing work
