作者多年从事肾脏药理学工作,3年前开始着手小柴胡汤、柴苓汤等和汉药方剂的抗肾炎作用研究。由于近年有报告对于用激素治疗之小儿肾病综合征或肾小球肾炎患者,并用汉方药时可增强疗效而减轻副作用,为此,作者研究了柴苓汤对于与人急进型肾小球肾炎或GoodPasture综合征(肺出血性肾炎综合征)相似的大鼠抗GBM(抗肾小球基底膜) 新月体肾炎的影响。
