本文报道哈尔滨制药五厂生产的注射用头孢曲松钠在正常人药代动力学研究结果。血药浓度采用微生物学方法测定。低(1mg·L-1)、中(4mg·L-1)、高(16mg·L-1)3种浓度的日内和日间变异系数<4%。回收率分别为101%、102.03%、99.74%,该方法可靠。肌注后药时曲线符合一室开放模型。肌注后血清峰浓度为131.63mg·L-1,达峰时间为1.79h,肌注给药后的消除半衰期为7.35h,药时曲线下面积为1652.36(mg·L-1)h。哈尔滨制药五厂的头孢曲松钠的相对生物利用度为97.97%。
This paper reports the results of pharmacokinetics of ceftriaxone sodium for injection in Harbin Normal Pharmaceutical Factory. Blood concentration was determined by microbiological methods. The intra-and inter-day coefficient of variation of low concentration (1mg · L-1), medium (4mg · L-1) and high (16mg · L-1) concentrations were less than 4%. The recoveries were 101%, 102.03% and 99.74%, respectively. The method was reliable. After intramuscular injection drug curve in line with a room open model. After intramuscular injection of serum peak concentration of 131.63mg · L-1, the peak time of 1.79h, the elimination half-life after intramuscular injection of 7.35h, the drug under the curve area of 1652.36 (mg · L- 1) h. The relative bioavailability of ceftriaxone sodium in Harbin Pharmaceutical Factory No. 5 was 97.97%.
