简要分析了利用圆度仪测量国度误差的原理和评定方法,指出消偏和滤波是圆度误差数据处理过程中的关键问题。提出了用快速富里叶变换及反变换计算圆度误差的方法,给出了计算过程并进行了实验验证.该方法的主要特点在于统一了测量概念,为提高测量效率和简化仪器设计奠定了基础。
The principle and evaluation method of using the circularity instrument to measure the national error are briefly analyzed. It is pointed out that the depolarization and filtering are the key issues in the processing of the roundness error data. A method of calculating roundness error using fast Fourier transform and inverse transform is proposed. The calculation process is given and verified by experiments. The main characteristic of this method lies in unifying the concept of measurement, which lays the foundation for improving the measurement efficiency and simplifying the design of the instrument.
