对成都市1997年30364例食品从业人员肠道沙门氏菌属与志贺氏菌属的带菌检查,检出肠道带菌者135例,带菌率为0.44%。其中,检出沙门氏菌128株,共6个血清型。德尔卑沙门氏菌检出最高,鼠伤寒次之,构成比分别为40.35%和32.81%;从年龄分布看,20岁以下年龄组所占比例最高,为1.28%;就人员行业分布而言,招待所食堂、餐饮等饮食服务性质的人员带菌所占比例大,为1.5%;带菌多为夏秋季,带菌率为0.59%和0.49%。
A total of 30,364 cases of food workers in Chengdu in 1997 were checked for carriers of Salmonella spp. and Shigella spp. Intestinal carriers were detected in 135 cases, with a carrier rate of 0.44%. Among them, 128 strains of Salmonella were detected, a total of 6 serotypes. The highest detection rate was for Salmonella derby, followed by typhoid fever in rats, with a composition ratio of 40.35% and 32.81% respectively. From the age distribution, the age group under 20 was the highest, accounting for 1.28%; In terms of distribution, the proportion of people serving food and beverages such as canteens and restaurants in the hostels was large, accounting for 1.5% of the total; the carriers were mostly summer and autumn, and the carrier rates were 0.59% and 0.49%.
