目的:了解梅州城乡初中生对艾滋病知识的认识与需求,为初中生开展有针对性的健康教育与行为干预提供可靠的原始材料。方法:对梅州市城乡某2所中学初中生共865人分别采取不记名封闭式问卷法调查。结果:梅州城乡初中生在艾滋病生物学方面的认识无显著性差异,在心理及社会方面的认识有显著性差异。建议:各地应广泛开展初中生有关艾滋病知识的认识与需求调查研究,尽早找出其错误认识及健康教育与行为干预的不足,及早采取多种形式与途径进行健康教育与行为干预,并根据城乡实际情况区别对待,有所侧重,强调必须以学校为中心,积极配合家庭、社区开展工作,确保健康教育与行为干预能以连续性方式进行。
Objective: To understand the knowledge and needs of HIV / AIDS among junior high school students in urban and rural areas of Meizhou, and to provide reliable raw materials for junior high school students to carry out targeted health education and behavior intervention. Methods: A total of 865 middle school students from 2 secondary schools in urban and rural areas of Meizhou City were investigated by anonymous closed questionnaire. Results: There was no significant difference in AIDS biology among junior and middle school students in urban and rural areas of Meizhou. There were significant differences in psychology and social cognition. Suggestions: We should conduct a wide range of junior high school students’ knowledge and needs investigation and research on HIV / AIDS knowledge, find out their mistaken understanding and health education and behavioral interventions as soon as possible, adopt health education and behavioral interventions in various forms as early as possible, The actual situation is treated differently and focused, emphasizing that we must take schools as the center and actively cooperate with families and communities to ensure that health education and behavior intervention can be conducted in a continuous manner.
