针对网络信息服务中多个服务提供方提供相似的服务,在信息资源服务筛选的过程中,不仅考虑信息资源服务质量因素,同时还考虑用户偏好差异的影响,构建了面向用户偏好的信息资源服务筛选模型,并从用户端收集服务质量及用户偏好数据,验证该模型的可行性和有效性,为信息服务提供方提升服务质量以及为用户提供合理服务提供依据。
