在高校建立大学生村官工作站,一方面高校可以利用自身优势,为大学生和村官提供交流的平台,使大学生在毕业前对村官工作就有一定程度的认识,有利于他们制定完整、连续的村官职业生涯规划。另一方面大学生成为村官后能够“反哺”学校,担任校外辅导员,把他们成功的经验和失败的教训及时和大学生交流,不断提升大学生村官的工作能力和适应能力。文章介绍了苏州科技学院建立大学生村官工作站的基本情况、主要做法和成功经验。认为大学生村官工作站是大学生和村官之间的桥梁,是培养大学生村官实际工作能力的阵地,是大学生村官培养模式的新探索,更为大学生村官选拔优秀人才营造了载体。
On the one hand, colleges and universities can use their own advantages to provide a platform for college students and village officials to communicate with each other so that college students have a certain degree of understanding of village officials’ work prior to graduation, which helps them to make a complete and continuous Village official career planning. On the other hand, after becoming village officials, university students can “nurture ” schools, as off-campus counselors, communicate their successful experiences and lessons of failure to college students in time, and constantly enhance the working ability and adaptability of college-educated village officials. This article introduces the basic situation, main practices and successful experiences of setting up a college student village official workstation in Suzhou University of Science and Technology. It is considered that the college student village official station is a bridge between college students and village officials, a position for cultivating college students ’village officials’ practical ability to work, a new exploration of the training mode for college village officials, and a carrier for the selection of outstanding talents by college village officials.
