网络文化自有其自由的边界:是否代表了先进文化的前进方向,是否切实维护了法律的权威,是否有助于社会公序良俗的形成,是否维护了国家、社会的公共利益及第三人的合法权益。如何应对来势汹涌的网络文化,防范其自由特性、消弭其消极影响、把握其发展趋势,需要我们通过紧紧围绕牢牢占领网络文化高地、强化对网络文化的有效管理与服务、完善网络文化法律法规体系建设、加强网络道德教育等路径进行有效的匡正。
