患者男,25岁。因喝白酒约300ml后感头晕心悸呕吐而就诊。既往身体健康,无饮酒史。体检:体温36.9℃,血压16/10kPa。有浓烈的酒味,双肺无异常,心率126次/分,心律绝对不齐,快慢强弱不一,无杂音。心电图示快速房颤。给于10％葡萄糖500ml、50％葡萄糖100ml、胰岛素24u及10％氯化钾15ml混合后静滴,3小时后房颤消失,心电图:窦性心律。随访一年
