1964年5月25日至6月1日,中央林业部在青海省西宁市召开了全国重点省区旱獭生产会议。参加会议的有中央有关各部(外贸部、卫生部、石油部、中央民族事务委员会、供销合作总社),中共中央北方防治地方病办公窒、中国医学科学院流行病研究所,青海、新疆、内蒙古、甘肃、四川五个省区的林业、外贸、供销、卫生厅局及西藏工委农牧处等单位,以及各省部分专、州、县的代表。出席会议的代表共95人。会上,中央林业部与青海省各有关领导同志分别作了“加强组织领导认真完成今年旱獭生产任务”、“青海省1963年旱獭生产的总结和1964年的安排”、“进一步发展狩猎事业”、“青海省狩借事业概况”和“关于早獭生产安全防护问题”的重要报告。代表们分组讨论了这些报告,对组织领导、安全防护和奖售办法等几个方面,提出了许多原则与具体建议。中国畜产进出口公司和中共中央北方防治地方病办公室负责同志分
From May 25 to June 1, 1964, the Central Forestry Department held a conference on the production of marmot in key provinces and autonomous regions in Xining, Qinghai Province. Participants at the meeting were all relevant ministries (Ministry of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Petroleum, Central Ethnic Affairs Commission and the Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives), the Office of Endemic Disease Control and Prevention in the Northern China Central Committee, Institute of Epidemiology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu and Sichuan provinces and autonomous regions such as forestry, foreign trade, supply and marketing, health bureau and the Tibet Working Committee and other units, and some provinces, prefectures and counties. A total of 95 delegates attended the meeting. At the meeting, the Central Forestry Department and relevant leaders in Qinghai Province made “respectively the task of strengthening organization and leadership in earnestly completing the production of marmots this year”, the “conclusion of the production of marmots in 1963 in Qinghai Province and arrangement in 1964” and the “further development of the hunting business” , “Qinghai Province, hunting and hunting career overview” and “on the safety of otter production protection,” an important report.
