随着苹果栽培面积的日益扩大,产量得以迅速提高,市场上日益丰富的果品供应,使得消费者对果品质量要求日趋严格.而目前我国苹果生产仍处在一味追求量的水平,忽视了质的提高,这对我国苹果生产极其不利.从香港市场占有量可以看出,1978年为46.85%,1986年占30.7%,而1987年仅占14.9%,近几年更少,且出口价格大大低于其他国家.据1986年主要国家和地区输往香港的苹果到岸价格(按港元/kg计)统计,美国为5.92,澳大利亚为4.92,日本为12.5l,而我国仅为2.91.因此,我们应该从认识上、观念上.发展上、技术措施上以及流通等各个方面把苹果质量问题摆到一个应有的高度.
