甘草是中医处方中使用频率最高的中草药之一,主要有效成分是甘草甜素(glycyrrhizin,GL),具有抗炎,抗肝细胞毒性,抗干扰素诱导,抗病毒和抗溃疡等作用.并被广泛应用于临床治疗慢性肝炎,过敏性疾患,炎症和胃溃疡.近年已报道GL 可增强免疫功能,并改善病毒感染患者的临床状况,调节短期和长期反复焦虑患者的精神状态.然而大剂量使用 GL 可产生醛固酮过多症等副作用.所以,研究 GL 的药代动力学(pharmacokinetics,PK),不仅有助于了解 GL 作用机制和体内代谢规律,对指导临床合理用药也有十分重要的意义.GL的 PK 研究长期以来是国内外中医药研究的重点领域之一.近
Licorice is one of the most frequently used Chinese herbal medicines in the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine. The main effective ingredient is glycyrrhizin (GL), which has anti-inflammatory, anti-hepatotoxic, anti-interferon-inducing, antiviral and anti-ulcer effects. Widely used in clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis, allergic diseases, inflammation and gastric ulcers. GL has been reported in recent years to enhance immune function, and to improve the clinical status of patients with viral infection, and to adjust the mental status of patients with repeated anxiety in short-term and long-term. However, the use of large doses GL can produce side effects such as aldosteronism. Therefore, studying the pharmacokinetics (PK) of GL is not only helpful in understanding the mechanism of GL action and metabolism in vivo, but also has important significance in guiding clinical rational drug use. The PK research has long been one of the key areas of Chinese and foreign medicine research.
