国内外学者对再生障碍性贫血(以下简称再障)患者免疫状态和免疫致病机制进行了大量研究,发现部分患者免疫功能紊乱,并认为其与本病的致病机制有关,但报道结果不一。为了进一步明确再障患者的细胞免疫状态,我们对20例慢性再障患者外周血T淋巴细胞功能进行了检测。
