目的探讨宫颈电环圈切除术治疗宫颈癌前病变的疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2012年1月间入院治疗的采用宫颈电环圈切除术治疗宫颈癌前病变的患者202例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果术中出血量多数在5ml以下,手术时间5～17min,术后2个月阴道镜检后有179例患者宫颈完全修复达到上皮化,表面光滑。23例患者由于暴露血管较大、阴道感染,有少量柱状上皮外翻。患者术后生活质量好于术前。结论宫颈电环圈切除术治疗宫颈癌前病变疗效较好,手术时间短,患者出血少、痛苦小。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of cervical ring excision on cervical precancerous lesions. Methods Totally 202 patients with cervical precancerous lesions treated with cervical ring electrosurgical excision during January 2010 to January 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The majority of intraoperative blood loss in less than 5ml, operation time 5 ~ 17min, 2 months after colposcopy 179 patients with complete cervical epithelial repair, smooth surface. Twenty-three patients had a small amount of columnar epithelial eversion because of exposure to larger blood vessels and vaginal infections. The quality of life after surgery was better than preoperative. Conclusion Cervical ring electric excision for the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions is effective, short operative time, patients with less bleeding, little pain.
