收缩期喀喇音是二尖瓣脱垂最常见的体征。本组61例中男29例,女32例。其中38例(62.3%)未找到其他明确的器质性心脏病,13例(21.3%)为冠心病,3例心肌病,1例房间隔缺损,6例曾有急性风湿热病史。本组除1例无任何症状外,大多数均有胸痛、心悸、胸闷、气短等不适,其中心悸49例
Systolic click sound is the most common sign of mitral valve prolapse. The group of 61 patients, 29 males and 32 females. Thirty-eight patients (62.3%) did not find any other definite organic heart disease, 13 (21.3%) had coronary heart disease, 3 had cardiomyopathy, 1 had atrial septal defect and 6 had acute rheumatic fever.
