目的探讨不同孕期妊娠妇女甲状腺激素水平的变化,评价孕妇的甲状腺功能。方法选取怀孕妇女90名(孕早期(妊娠≤12周)30例;孕中期(妊娠13~27周)30例;孕晚期(妊娠≥28周)30例以及健康非孕妇女30名作为研究对象,检测其血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、总甲状腺素(TT4)水平,并进行统计学分析。结果与正常对照组比较,妊娠不同时期妇女TSH、FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4水平均发生变化。随着孕期的增长,TSH逐渐增高,FT3、FT4逐渐降低,其中TSH水平在孕早、晚期组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FT3水平在孕晚期明显低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FT4水平在孕早、中、晚期组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),TT3、TT4水平在孕早、中、晚期均高于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠妇女血清甲状腺激素水平与孕期密切相关,应对孕产妇进行常规血清学甲状腺激素水平筛查和干预,以达到优生优育。
Objective To investigate the changes of thyroid hormone levels in pregnant women of different pregnancy stages and to evaluate the thyroid function of pregnant women. Methods Totally 90 pregnant women (30 gestational age ≤12 weeks), 30 pregnant women (13-27 weeks gestation), 30 pregnant women (28 weeks pregnant) and 30 healthy non-pregnant women (TSH), free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4), total triiodothyronine (TT3) and total thyroxine (TT4) were measured and the levels of serum thyrotropin (TSH) Results The levels of TSH, FT3, FT4, TT3 and TT4 in women of different stages of pregnancy all changed with the increase of gestational age.The levels of TSH increased gradually and the levels of FT3 and FT4 decreased gradually There was a significant difference between early and late groups (P <0.05). The level of FT3 in late pregnancy was significantly lower than that in normal control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The levels of TT3 and TT4 in early, middle and late pregnancy were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05) .Conclusion The levels of thyroid hormone Pregnancy is closely related to pregnant women should be routine serological thyroid hormone screening and intervention , In order to achieve prenatal and postnatal care.
