在国内一些期刊论文中常见引用非公开(或内部)出版的文献和资料。对于这些文献资料在文中的标注和著录主要是以脚注形式出现。但脚注的格式又不规范。归纳起来,主要有以下两种:一是大部期刊采用页内顺序编码制,即在同一页内以引用先后顺序依次以脚注形式标注于版面下部,不同页码则分别排序。这样,同一条文献在同一篇论文中,就可脚注多次。二是部分期刊采用单篇文章顺序编码制,即在同一篇文章中按引用先后顺序编码依次排序,分别标注于相应的版面的下部。这种方法可以避免
