铝加工产业的优化升级核心应是转变发展方式以保证产业的可持续发展,重点是产能调整、合理布局、产品结构调整、产业链延伸并采用适用的技术路线等,使铝加工产业本身实现资源节约型的目标,全面打造绿色产业;政府及行业协会应制订淘汰落后工艺、落后产能的强制措施;国家应出台扩大铝加工产品应用的激励政策。
