随着经济的发展,我国人口老龄化也越发的严重,而这庞大的老年队伍当中也包括了许多在企业退休的员工。我国政府十分的看重老年人的生活质量问题,且出台了一系列的政策来落实企业离退休职工的服务管理问题,所以对退休职工的服务管理问题不仅是企业的内部员工管理问题,而且还关系到我国社会的安定团结问题。所以企业管理者应该要加强对离退休职工服务管理工作的重视。本文,笔者主要分析了企业在管理离退休职工的服务工作期间遇到的问题,并根据其原因提出可行性的对策。
With economic development, China’s population aging is also more and more serious, and this huge elderly team also includes many retired employees in the enterprise. The Chinese government attaches great importance to the quality of life for the elderly and has introduced a series of policies to implement the service management for the retired employees. Therefore, the service management for the retired employees is not only the internal staff management issue but also the relationship To the stability and unity of our society. Therefore, managers should strengthen the management of retired staff services. In this paper, the author mainly analyzes the problems encountered by enterprises in the management of retired workers’ service work and puts forward the feasible countermeasures according to the reasons.
