目的:对甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮在异位妊娠患者中的治疗效果进行调查,同时对药物治疗的安全性进行调查。方法:抽选我院84例自愿参与调查的异位妊娠患者,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,比较两组患者的流产效果,同时调查患者流产过程中不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者病情治疗效果显著的29例,病情有所改善的10例,评价有效率为92.9%;对照组患者病情治疗效果显著的20例,病情有所改善的12例,评价有效率为76.2%,比较存在明显差异,P<0.05。观察组患者不良反应发生率为7.1%,对照组患者不良反应发生率为19.0%,比较存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论:甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮在异位妊娠患者的治疗中效果非常理想,且安全性非常高。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in patients with ectopic pregnancy, and to investigate the safety of drug treatment. Methods: A total of 84 patients with ectopic pregnancy who voluntarily participated in the survey were selected. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The abortion effect was compared between the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions during the abortion was also investigated. Results: In the observation group, there were 29 cases with significant therapeutic effect, 10 cases with improved disease and 92.9% effective rate. In the control group, 20 cases were significantly improved in treatment and 12 cases were improved. 76.2%, there are significant differences between the two groups, P <0.05. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.1%, while that in the control group was 19.0%, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy is very satisfactory, and the safety is very high.
