洛赛克(Losec)又名奥美拉唑(Omeprazole)系胃壁细胞酸泵抑制剂,用于治疗胃酸相关疾病有显著疗效.本院、所自1989年10月至1992年10月三年间用该药治疗消化性溃疡病,观察一年以上共34例,报告如下.1 临床资料1.1 一般情况:本组病例为本院同期门诊及住院病人共82例,年令20—66岁,男性67例,女性15例,具有胃痛、反酸、饱胀、纳差、消化不良等症状.胃痛具有饥饿、空腹、夜间、反复发作、服制酸剂缓解的一些特征.均经胃镜及胃镜咬检病理检查确诊.设治疗组及对照组,一般情况两组无明显差异.
