导言“共产党和社会主义国家的新闻媒体其功能是:党的喉舌、国家的宣传工具、广大人民的舆论机关。”这是书本上的概念。它表明我国新闻媒体应当是连接政府和群众的纽带。然而,上世纪90年代以前,新闻媒体实际上几乎只体现了一种功能:“党的喉舌”。十几年来,我国的新闻伴随着国家经济的改革与开放,也在发生着多方面全方位的变化。在电视媒体中,平民化的新闻成为当前电视新闻发展的主流,特别是省市一级电视媒体新闻在这方面做出了很多新的尝试,电视新闻人的新闻价值观正在逐步转变。
