注汽锅炉是油田生产中不可或缺的重要设备之一,随着PLC技术的不断完善,其在注汽锅炉中的应用越来越广泛,这在一定程度上降低了锅炉的能耗,给企业带来了巨大的经济效益。然而在不断使用中,有些PLC程序中的缺陷开始显露,这对安全生产造成了影响。为此,必须对PLC程序进行改进。基于此点,本文首先简要阐述了PLC在注汽锅炉中的应用优势,在此基础上对注汽锅炉中PLC程序设计的缺陷及解决对策进行论述。
Steam injection boiler is one of the indispensable equipment in oilfield production. With the continuous improvement of PLC technology, its application in steam injection boiler is more and more widely, which reduces the energy consumption of boiler to a certain extent Enterprises have brought huge economic benefits. However, continuous use, some defects in the PLC program began to emerge, which has an impact on safety in production. To this end, we must improve the PLC program. Based on this point, this paper briefly describes the application of PLC in steam injection boilers, on the basis of this, the defects of the PLC program design in the steam injection boiler and the solution to the problem are discussed.
