目的探讨红景天口服液对尘肺大鼠肺纤维化的作用。方法以染矽尘大鼠为实验动物,将其分为对照组、模型组、防治组和治疗组,防治组和治疗组在造模不同时间用红景天口服液灌胃,实验第29天统一处死大鼠后对大鼠肺泡灌洗液细胞进行分类计数,同时用ELISA法检测肺泡灌洗液中TGF-β、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ的浓度。结果红景天口服液可使染矽尘大鼠肺泡灌洗液的总细胞数、中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞显著减低(P<0.05);肺泡灌洗液的TGF-β、IL-6、TNF-α水平降低(P<0.05),IFN-γ水平显著升高(P<0.05),其中防治组较治疗组降低或升高的更多。结论红景天口服液有抑制尘肺大鼠肺部炎症和纤维化的作用,且预防效果优于治疗。
Objective To investigate the effect of Rhodiola Oral Liquid on pulmonary fibrosis in rats with pneumoconiosis. Methods Dust-dusted rats were used as experimental animals. They were divided into control group, model group, prevention group and treatment group. Control group and treatment group were given intragastric administration with Rhodiola oral solution at different time. After the rats were killed in a unified manner, the cells in the BALF were counted, and the concentrations of TGF-β, IL-6, TNF-α, and IFN-γ in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were measured by ELISA. Results Rhodiola Oral Liquid significantly reduced the total cell number, neutrophils and macrophages of alveolar lavage fluid in rats exposed to silica dust (P<0.05); TGF-β and IL-6 in alveolar lavage fluid The level of TNF-α was decreased (P<0.05), and the level of IFN-γ was significantly increased (P<0.05). The control group was more or less than the treatment group. Conclusion Rhodiola Oral Liquid can inhibit pulmonary inflammation and fibrosis in rats with pneumoconiosis, and its preventive effect is better than treatment.
