矿渣微粉基固化剂固结生活垃圾重金属研究

利用矿渣微粉为主要原材料配制了一种固化剂来固结生活垃圾中的重金属,并根据固体废弃物的毒性溶出程序检验了Cu、Zn、Ph、Cd、Ni、Cr在固化剂中的固结效果。结果表明:采用矿渣基固化剂固结生活垃圾的强度可达30MPa以上,长期强度无倒缩现象。同时固化剂对上述重金属有很好的固结效果。利用红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和多级提取等测试手段对其固结机理进行分析,固化剂固结重金属的机理为物理固封和化学键连结的共同作用。
