新形势下,部队各级党组织肩负的使命任务艰巨繁重,面临的挑战考验复杂严峻,加强思想作风建设显得更加重要而紧迫。从2011年我们部队团以上党委机关开展“加强党性修养、锤炼思想作风”教育整顿活动情况看,要巩固教育整顿成果必须突出解决好“四性一示范”问题。
