电视传播与思想政治教育具有较强的关联性,电视传播已经成为现代思想政治教育的重要载体。企业有线电视具有规模小、收视集中、灵活性强等特点,电视工作者又更了解本企业及其员工的实际情况,因此,能在企业思想政治工作中发挥十分重要的作用。为此,电视工作者应深入到本企业职工中去,组织职工直接参与电视节目的制作,大力宣传大家身边的模范人物及其感人事迹;应不断强化思想政治教育内容的渗透性;应充分发挥沟通协调与释疑解惑作用。
