Kawasaki disease etiology is unknown, medical treatment is mainly anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant, aspirin is the drug of choice. I since] December 986 in June 1996 admitted to hospital for treatment of 26 cases, compared to large and small doses of aspirin curative effect, reported as follows. Materials and Methods First, the general information 26 cases of Kawasaki disease, 17 males and 9 females. The ratio of men to women is 1.9: 1. The age of onset of a minimum of 1 case 4 months, a maximum of 1 and 7 years and a half. w
