行政领导有效行使职权,将极大提高行政工作效率。反之,将引起行政效率的下降。本文分析了行政领导职权下侵的弊病及其原因,提出了改变这种现象的参考措施。
Administrative leadership effectively exercising its powers will greatly improve the efficiency of administrative work. On the contrary, it will lead to the decline of administrative efficiency. This article analyzes the disadvantages and reasons of the invasion of administrative leadership and puts forward some reference measures to change this phenomenon.
