医药卫生体制改革和专项资金管理改革的不断推进,要求公立医院管理精细化水平快速提升。为实现公立医院各项工作任务而设立的各种专项资金,具有金额有限、专项专用、有预算时效等特点,因此能否把有限的专项资金用好,使其发挥最大使用效益,对医院的生存和健康发展具有战略意义。本文对现行公立医院专项资金管理中常见的问题进行了分析,并有针对性地提出了完善措施。
Medical and health system reform and special funds management reform continues to advance, requiring the rapid improvement of public hospital management level of refinement. All kinds of special funds set up to fulfill various tasks in public hospitals have the characteristics of limited amount, special purpose and limited time budget. Therefore, it is possible to make the best use of limited special funds so that they can maximize the benefits of use. Survival and healthy development are of strategic importance. This article analyzes the common problems in the special funds management of the public hospitals and puts forward the perfect measures in a targeted manner.
