80%建设部新近发布的2003年城镇房屋概况统计公报显示,全国城镇私有(自有)住宅建筑面积71.44亿平方米,住宅私有(自有)率为80.17%。东部地区私有(自有)住宅362亿平方米,中部地区20.26亿平方米,西部地区14.97亿平方米,住宅私有(自有)率分别为81.05%、78.42%和80.47%。公报显示,目前全国城镇人均住宅建筑面积23.67平方米,其中东部地区25.06平方米,中部地区21.99平方米,西部地区23.05平方米。24.2%7月14日,北京市统计局发布消息称,今年上半年经济增长率达到15.4%但扣除“非典”对上年基数的影响,实际增长率为13.3%,已经低于今年一季度13.8%的增速,标志经济热度的各项指标均已出现回落。据预测,受宏观调控政策的滞后影响,今年下半年,北京经济增长将进一步回落。上半年,全社会固定资产投资增长22.1%,增速比一季度回落14.4个百分点。其中,因土地使用和信贷政策收紧,房地产开发投资增长比一季度回落了16.4个百分点,增速降为24.2%。
80% The recently released Statistical Bulletin of Urban Housing in 2003 issued by the Ministry of Construction shows that privately owned (own) residential buildings in urban areas in China are 7.144 billion square meters, and the private ownership rate of private housing is 80.17%. It is predicted that due to the lag of macroeconomic control policies, Beijing’s economic growth will fall further in the second half of this year. In the first half of the year, investment in fixed assets in the whole society increased by 22.1%, a deceleration of 14.4 percentage points from the first quarter. Among them, due to the tightening of land use and credit policies, real estate development investment growth fell 16.4 percentage points over the first quarter, the growth rate dropped to 24.2%.
