我国的成人教育自创立以来,取得了巨大的成绩,但就目前来看,成人教育也存在一些问题。本文试对成人教育中的教、学、管理谈一点粗浅的认识。长期以来,我国的成人教育,大致上沿用传统的教学方法进行教学,越来越不适应现代化发展的要求。首先,在我国的成人教育中,其专业的设置没有充分体现出“实用、合理”的原则。随着我国对外开放和体制改革的发展与不断深入,社会需要大量各类(如公关、金融、债券、股票交易等)人才,但是,以为生产服务、为社会培养急需人才为目标的成人教育,其专业的设置,没有解决社会所需。这个问题基本上
