本文肯定了《铁路房屋建筑及暖通空调设计规范》(TBJ11—85),对铁路房屋勘测设计中所起的作用,同时指出TBJ11—85作为技术法规,还缺少如铁路公安分局(处)、材料厂、石碴厂等必须设置的机构和内容条文。笔者通过多年的实践,提出对铁路行政区划分、组织机构、定员和面积指标配备的原则,阐述了旅客站房面积指标偏低的原因以及对TBJ11—85的修改建议。
This paper affirmed the “Railway Construction and HVAC Design Specifications” (TBJ11-85), the role of railway housing survey and design, also pointed out TBJ11-85 as a technical regulations, but also the lack of such as the Railway Public Security Bureau (Branch) Material plant, ballast plant and other institutions must be set and content provisions. Through many years of practice, the author puts forward the principle of allocating railway administrative divisions, organizations, personnel and area indicators, elaborates the reasons for the low target area for passenger stations and the suggestions for the modification of TBJ11-85.
