制备了不同Sc含量的Al-Si系A356铸造铝合金,通过金相显微分析、SEM和拉伸性能测试,研究了Sc含量对Al-Si系铸造合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,随着Sc的适量增加,合金中α-Al基体得到细化效果增强,大部分共晶硅形态由针片状向颗粒状转变,合金的抗拉强度、塑性、硬度值同步提升。当稀土Sc添加量为0.2%时,对合金组织细化效果最佳,合金抗拉强度、伸长率和硬度等力学性能分别提高了24.7%、47.6%和8.7%。当Sc含量超过0.3%后,作用的效果减弱。
Al-Si based A356 cast aluminum alloys with different contents of Sc were prepared. The effects of Sc content on the microstructure and properties of Al-Si cast alloy were investigated by metallographic analysis, SEM and tensile testing. The results show that as the amount of Sc increases, the refinement effect of the α-Al matrix in the alloy increases. Most of the eutectic silicon phases change from needle-like to granular, and the tensile strength, plasticity and hardness of the alloy increase synchronously. When the content of rare earth Sc is 0.2%, the microstructure refinement is the best, and the mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elongation and hardness increase 24.7%, 47.6% and 8.7% respectively. When the content of Sc exceeds 0.3%, the effect of the action is weakened.
