目的 建立可靠的兔症状性蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后脑血管痉挛 (CVS)的模型。方法 采用双侧颈动脉结扎后枕大池 2次注血制成兔 SAH模型 ,观察 SAH前后动物进食量和神经功能改变 ,以氢清除法检测局部脑血流量 (r CBF)。结果 SAH后动物进食量下降、神经功能障碍和 r CBF下降 ,且 r CBF随出血时间延长和出血量增加而下降更为明显。结论 兔双侧颈动脉结扎后枕大池 2次注血可制成可靠的症状性SAH后 CVS模型。 r CBF、动物进食量和神经功能改变可作为评价 SAH后 CVS的客观指标。
Objective To establish a reliable model of cerebral vasospasm (CVS) after symptomatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) in rabbits. Methods The rabbit model of SAH was established by injecting blood into the occipital cisternus twice a day after bilateral carotid artery ligation. The changes of food intake and neurological function were observed before and after SAH. The regional cerebral blood flow (r CBF) was measured by hydrogen scavenging. Results After SAH, animal feed intake decreased, neurological dysfunction and r CBF decreased, and r CBF decreased with bleeding time and increased bleeding more significantly. Conclusion Two-step injection of occipital cistern after rabbit bilateral carotid artery ligation can be used to make a reliable post-SAH CVS model. r CBF, animal intake and neurological changes can be used as an objective indicator of CVS after SAH.
