针对稳压器安全阀在使用现场试验时出现的泄漏问题开展专项研究,全面展开包括拆检、零部件外观和关键尺寸检查、初步原因分析、原因分析结果排查、同轴度检测、释放阀对比试验、零部件更换、冷态密封性试验和热态试验的工作,找出安全阀故障的主要原因,制定和实施相应的改进措施对4台稳压器安全阀进行修复。试验结果表明,找出的故障主要原因准确,制定的改进措施得当。改进后产品出厂的检验和试验表明,稳压器安全阀的质量已得到根本改善,全面提高了产品的可靠性。

The test results show that the main reason for finding out the fault is accurate and the improvement measures formulated are proper.
