本文在现有甘油的精制工艺的基础上进行了优化即在甜水预处理后增加了一道离子交换树脂脱盐的工艺,这样可以有效地去除甜水中的无机盐,有利于甘油的蒸馏和精馏,起到降低能耗、减少环境污染和减少成品甘油中氯化物的含量。本文重点研究了离子交换树脂的层析柱数量和甘油浓度对脱盐效果的影响,得到甘油质量分数为20%的甜水和阴、阳及混合离子交换树脂层析柱比例3:3:1是较为理想的脱盐条件。
