一九八三年九月初,继全省农业综合考察之后,为进一步开创我省水稻生产新局面,省科协派出赴云南大理、宾川县学习考察组,考察水稻高产栽培技术。考察组五日由贵阳出发,十七日返筑,历时十三天。主要考察大理、宾川县大面积水稻丰产经验和小面积高产栽培技术经验。通过座谈讨论、田间参观、实地调查,收获很大。大家反映:开阔了眼界,受到了启发,增长了知识,对开创我省水稻生产新局面提供了很多好的经验。在考察的全过程中,受到当地领导、群众友好接
