中华医学会第二届全国传染病和寄生虫病学术会议,于1983年11月23~28日在郑州召开,到会代表600余人,收到论文约1500篇。现将情况简介如下:流行性出血热(EHF)近年来,本病在病原学、血清学、流行病学、免疫机理、临床诊断和防治等方面的研究取得进展。EHF 首先发现于我国黑龙江,近年来疫区逐渐从北向南扩展,从农村散发蔓延于少数城市,波及二十余省、市、自治区,发病率增多,病死率仍在5~10%。研究证明,国外的出血热和我国分离到的 EHF 病毒及最近从大家鼠和野鼠中分离到的病毒相互之间有抗原性关系。但又可以相互区别。

EHF was first discovered in Heilongjiang Province of China. In recent years, the epidemic area has gradually expanded from north to south and spread from rural areas to a few cities. The epidemic spread to more than 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. The incidence rate of EHF increased from 5 to 10%. Studies have shown that foreign hemorrhagic fever and EHF virus isolated in our country and recently isolated from rats and voles in mice have an antigenic relationship between each other. But they can be different from each other.
